Who we are

Offtec’s extensive professional activity has enabled the development and consolidation of an established technical structure to aid and support the production of designs for Italian public agencies.
The operational structure is aimed at the aggregation of specific professional skills, so as to enable the provision of a wide range of technical services in the various fields of engineering and architecture, from design to site engineering and information technology, developing pre-investment and feasibility studies, environmental impact studies, land and urban plans, preliminary, final, executive and construction designs, financial and management analyses, construction management, site assistance and scheduling, and safety services.

Offtec offers itself, in an integrated way and with multidisciplinary skills, to administrations, public bodies, companies and in general to all civil engineering and architecture operators, to offer design and consulting services in the different areas of investment and planning.

  In recent years, Offtec s.r.l. has increased the value of acquisitions in works reaching 1 billion euros between 2019 and 2021.
  

• Document exchange platform
  

  Offtec, an order to collect and manage in digital format all data related to the design, execution and monitoring aspects of the works to be carried out, has adopted the use of the protocol FTP (File Transfer Protocol).

  The FTP protocol, used for the transfer of data, is based on a client-server, è a simple yet effective communication system for uploading, moving and downloading files within a directory system.

  FTP uses the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) for data transfer and requires client authentication through username and password to work.
